Backup & Disaster Recovery

Your data survives.
No matter what.

Automated backups with tested recovery plans — because ransomware, hardware failure, and natural disasters don't wait for a convenient time.

The problem

60%

of companies that lose their data shut down within 6 months of the disaster.

75%

of small businesses have no disaster recovery plan in place at all.

96%

of businesses with a tested backup and DR plan survive ransomware attacks.

140+

hours — average time for a business to recover from a major data loss without a plan.

Protection layers

Fortified.
Failproof.

Backups are only as good as their recovery. We don't just back up your data — we test recovery regularly, document the entire process, and ensure your business can be back online fast when disaster strikes. Immutable backups that ransomware can't encrypt. Verified restores you can count on. No guesswork, no crossed fingers.

Automated Cloud Backup

Continuous or scheduled backups to geo-redundant encrypted cloud storage. Every file, database, and system image — protected automatically.

Disaster Recovery Planning

Documented recovery procedures with defined RPO and RTO targets specific to your business. Everyone knows exactly what to do when disaster hits.

Recovery Testing

Quarterly test restores to verify your backups actually work. We don't just hope — we prove it. You get a test report every time.

Business Continuity

Failover systems and virtualization that keep critical operations running even during a major outage. Minutes to recovery, not days.

Ransomware-Proof Backups

Immutable, air-gapped backups that can't be encrypted or deleted by ransomware. Clean recovery without paying a ransom — ever.

Compliance Documentation

Backup logs, retention policies, and recovery test reports that satisfy HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI, and cyber insurance requirements.

How we protect

Assess. Backup.
Verify.

01

Backup Assessment

We audit what data you have, where it lives, how critical it is, and how fast you need it back. We define your RPO and RTO targets.

02

Deploy & Configure

We set up automated backups for every critical system — servers, workstations, cloud apps, and databases. Immutable storage and encryption enabled.

03

Test & Maintain

Quarterly recovery tests, monthly backup health reports, and continuous monitoring. Your backups are always verified and always current.

questions.

It depends on your RPO (Recovery Point Objective). Most businesses use hourly backups for critical systems and daily backups for workstations. We can go as frequent as every 15 minutes for mission-critical data.

Your data is stored in encrypted, geo-redundant cloud storage. We use data centers in the US with SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance. We can also maintain a local backup appliance for faster recovery.

With our BCDR solutions, critical systems can be virtualized in the cloud within minutes. A full on-premise restore depends on data volume, but typically 2-8 hours for most environments.

Not with our setup. We use immutable storage that prevents any modification or deletion — even by an admin account. Ransomware literally cannot touch your backup data.

Yes — quarterly at minimum. We perform full test restores and provide you a written report showing that your data is recoverable. Many providers skip this step. We don't.

Microsoft's built-in retention is limited. We provide separate backup for Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams data with granular restore capabilities — individual emails, files, or entire mailboxes.
